4/5 - started with Akapana and Eco Wool held together.

4/8 - only about 3 more inches to go but I’ve run out of yarn. have to convince my husband to stop by the LYS on our way out of town today.

4/10 - Finished to the designer’s medium size but it was too large. In addition, the fabric was too thick.

4/13 - Couldn’t bear to restart with the same yarn since it was soo thick so I used a bulky yarn I have (got gauge) and made the rectangle 31” wide by 13” tall.

4/18 - Much better. Just have to sew on the ribbing (43”) and sleeve trim today.

All in all - I think the pattern itself is pretty simple and would be easy to figure out based on similar shrugs which use a rectangular base.
