Must complete before Christmas!! This is for my cousin. She was over at my house and said 1. that she was jealous that I hadn’t knitted anything for her and 2. that she wanted to steal the hemlock that I have because it would be “perfect for work.” Two weeks later my fam decided to do a Secret Santa for the first time in years and I got her name! Perfect :)
I skipped clue #1 and just cast on the amount of sts you are suppose to have at the end of that clue. Knit 2 and 3 as is. I only did one repeat + a row of clue 4 and modified clue 5 so that there was only one triangle. Knit 6a and 6b as is.

Well, that was hard! Trying to get this done on a deadline was a bad idea. The rows got too long at the end - it took me an hour to do each set of rows (knit and purl). For some reason, I was screwing up the charts all over the place and I hate that I didn’t have time to go back and fix them as I usually would. I was so glad to be done! I’ll save further comments for after I’ve blocked it.
Comments after blocking:
It’s the perfect size! Thank goodness. Really grew. Wish I hadn’t made such a drapey, thin fabric. It didn’t seem to be that warm to me which is a bummer but hopefully it’ll help take the chill off a cool office. If not, she can use it in the summer.
