I loved another tester’s version with a long color-changing blue background. I don’t have much color changing yarn in stash, but I have oodles of 2-ply leftovers, so I decided to make a bit of a gradient in the background.

On rounds 18-21 I striped the lightest and medium blues, then switched to medium for 22-36. I striped the medium and dark on 37-40, then finished with the dark. I’m really pleased with how it came out!
