Okay, finally making one of these. I think the speckly-freckly Donegal bits will look nice with the colors in Sam.
10/11: Okay, 271 stitches. Got there at 6:30 this morning!
10/12: Halfway through the edging now. It’s very easily memorized- my only caveat is to use lace needles, because M1L/R is tres annoying with blunter needles.
10/13: Finito! I got superlazypants and bound off after row 26, because I already had what felt like a ridonkulous number of stitches on the needles. It’ll block out bigger though, since garter stitch is super-stretchy. Really cute!
