I’ve been saying that I’d make another pair of Skews since about the second I finished the first pair. They are by far my most-worn sock, and the best-fitting as well. I can’t wait to see what they look like in legit stripey yarn!
4/23: First sock finished! This yarn is mos def lighter than my rainbow-barf Skews-- the ankle is so snug I have to wriggle into it. It’ll stretch with wear, I hope.
5/4: Second sock finished! So excited to have spankin’-new socks for MS&W!
SADNESS: These socks bled like crazy their first time in a cold-water wash. :( The white stripes are now a dingy blue-grayish color. Will I stop wearing them? Of course not, but if I’d known they’d bleed so badly, I may not have purchased the yarn. Will stick to non-white-based striping yarns from this line from now on.
