Inspired by the beautiful (but very expensive) designs of Sophie Digard i decided that i wanna have such a shawl, too.
I’m crocheting the tiny grannies the way she did:

I guess to achieve the size I want to have I need about 1000 little squares.
This is going to be a longtime-project but they are done very fast so you can always do some in the train or in front of the TV or in the waiting room of the doc… well whenever you find 5 free minutes :)
The squares are done fast but the most annoying thing is sewing in the threads. It takes so much time!
I’ve connected 80 squares and it’s still so tiny. No matter how much i work on it, it feels like there’s no progress… :(
I need a change and am starting a cardigan as a motivation. The squares for this shawl will be done in between.
