Dani Sunshine has done it again with this adorable top for little girls. The lace border was so fun to knit. I finished that part in a little over a day working just in my spare time. The top is knitting from the bottom-up. It’s hard to see in the photos, but the lace has bobbles. (Helpful hint: I used a size 0 US needle JUST for the K7tog stitch that creates the bobbles.)

I knit this for my boss’ adorabe 2.5-year-old daughter, Violet. I think she likes it! Measurements came out exactly as specified in the pattern.

I used this same yarn for my last test for Dani. I love this yarn because of it’s colorfulness, soft feel and machine washability. It has a strange twist that requires me to stop and untwist it after each round of knitting, but I’ll still use it again just because of the look and feel. It barely needs any blocking except for the lace part.
