I got 2 skeins of yarn for Christmas, one blue one green both. I decided I needed to make a replacement scarf for the one I lost between Thanksgiving and Christmas. So, I decided with these two rich colors to make a striped scarf. I am simply knitting every row, 3 green rows followed by 3 blue rows.
Issues:
-the one side has loops from where I carried the last color yarn up. I might have to leave the loops. I would be scared of the scarf fraying if I did cut them.
-The extra lines of the opposite color in the stripes on the backside of the scarf. I don’t know how to prevent something like that, especially with just straight knitting.
