I could not find an available pattern, so I designed my own. The body is just a ball. The head starts as a ball, then has decreases on the bottom 2/3 stitches until half the total are left, then knit straight for the snout, one row purl and decreased to make flat. Arms and legs start out as 4st Icord, and shaped to make fingers and boots.
Dress used larger needles, cast on a bit more than the biggest part of the body. Hole left for tail, decreases start at underarms, worked back and forth for front and back separately, then rejoined for a ribbed neck.
Tail is a long chain st (crochet), fastened off with a long tail, and the tail is threaded through the backs of the stitches and gathered into a spiral.
