I am making one cashmere sock. Ginny is making the other. For our friend Gillian who loves gray cashmere socks.

Knit cuff 1.5 inches, about 12 rounds.
Knit 8 repeats of pattern to heel.
Knit 7 repeats of pattern to toe.

When knitting the pattern for the top of the foot after knitting the heel, I knit the first and last stitch instead of purl.

One sock took almost exactly one skein. About 2 feet left of yarn.

Yarn is great - super soft and warm. Socks are very thick.
