Finished the beautiful yoke. Measures 7.5 inches from cast on edge. I opted out of doing short rows when called for in pattern, so I will add the short rows before separating for sleeves. This is such beauty of a patternblue_heartblue_heartblue_heart

Total length for yoke before separating for sleeves is 9 inches. I used two skeins for yoke chart and an additional skein joined before short rows. Knit one round after completion of yoke chart then followed short rows for size 2, and knit until front measured 9 inches from cast on edge. Split for sleeves as pattern details.
Plan to knit body to 10 instead of 8 inches, will do a twisted rib split hem.

02-21-2022

I knit until body measured 10 inches, then split for front and back, 90/90 stitches, and added an additional stitch for front and back. I used body needles, did not go down needle size, for twisted rib hem- RS: K1tbl (P1, K1tbl); WS: P1tbl (K1, P1tbl), for 2 inches, two rows of garter stitch, for a total of 2.5 inches of hem. Regular bind off in knit. Love how it turned out, super happy!

02-23-2022

Picked up 8 stitches instead of 7 for sleeve, then decreased 1 stitch on next row to close up gap between held stitches and cast on stitches.

Did sleeve decreases for pattern up to 48 stitches, at this point sleeve was at elbow, continued to knit straight.

Knit sleeve to 16 inches and then started at row 48(without increase stitch) - 62 of chart for size 1-2, with an additional rows 48-50 (without increase stitch on 48). This added 2 inches to sleeve.

Knit 1 row, then knit 1 row decreasing 7 stitches with K2tog evenly around, for a total of 42 stitches for hem.

Changed to ribbing needle and knit hem for pattern for 1.5 inches, knit 2 rounds, binding off with Jenny’s stretchy bind-off.

Total length for sleeve is 19.5 inches

I used just a little over 7 skeins. You could probably get away with 7 skeins if you shorten the sleeves and/or body. I literally ran out with only 3 rows to go on my sleeve. But each skein measured around 52.5-53.5 grams, so it’s a little over 50 grams each.
I will update measurements when sweater is dryblue_heart

02-28-2022

My final measurements:
36.5 inches at Bust
20 inches Front
20.5 inches Back
7 inches Yoke
9 inches Yoke total before splitting for sleeves
20 inches total for sleeves
3.5 inches total sleeve Motif and Hem
1.5 inches for sleeve Hem only
2.25 inches for bottom split Hem

This yarn is so yummy, I highly recommend, though it is not a chainette, it’s reasonably priced and super soft against the skin. Good texture and heathered. Hard to get a good representation of the color, but it is dreamyblue_heart
