Improvised pattern - 2nd try - I traced my foot and had much better luck when I made real ‘foot shaped’ soles. I’m pleased to get them the way I want them on the second try! I think now that I have the sole, I can change the ‘body’ of the slipper to different styles. I shall have to do some more experimenting…

I’m planning to decorate these with needle felting and use puff paint on the soles when they dry.

I’m needle felting these with hand dyed lincoln lamb which I bought with my spinning wheel, dyed, and then didn’t know what to do with. Easter egg dyes so bright colours!

I can see everyone on my list getting a pair of these.
