Another summer top. This one in fingering weight pale blue cotton knitted with a fine strand of duck egg blue wool yarn to create a subtle marled effect.

Minus 5 rounds of stockinette before the bottom rib (I ran out of cotton yarn)

I played a good game of yarn chicken finishing this project.
I realised it was going to be close and I’d probably run out of my cotton yarn. So; I stopped knitting the body, added the sleeve ribbing (1 and 2) then resumed knitting the body. I omitted the final 5 rounds of stockinette and worked the bottom rib. One of my photos shows just how little yarn I had left after binding off.
