I finished the hat and it looked too smalll so I frogged back to an inch past the halfway mark and added to the length.

To make all one color on one side when cuff is folded: knit 69 rows from last increase then continue with this color for 3 more inches, keeping count of the rows by starting back at row 1 at the beginning of the 3” section. Change to new color for the remainder of the 69 rows and decrease portion.
