Row 2: K3, P to last 3 sts, sl3wyif
Row 3,5,7 repeat row 1
Row 4,6,8 repeat row 2
Row 9: K3, P3, slip next 3 sts to cable needle and hold in front, k3, k3 from cable needle, P3, sl3wyif
Row 10: K3, P to last 3 sts, sl3wyif
Knit to desired length then BO and sew short ends together.
