This is a Rowan design made for their Cocoon yarn. The scanned pdf from a kit or Rowan book / booklet is being distributed by several Etsy shops, including Heritage Knitting:

Issue:
The shop is comprised of scanned leaflets of dozens of older ‘vintage’ patterns, using yarns from Rowan, Sirdar, Patons, Stylecraft and others. These designs are not old enough to be in the public domain. To the best of my knowledge, this practice is a copyright violation and is theft of intellectual property of designers and yarn companies.
This shop has been on etsy for over 10 years and has over 80,000 sales of at least $2 each.

Design calls for bulky. My yarn is sport so I held yarn double.
