This is a design marvel, a tour de force.
It is a challenge because of the unusual arm and leg construction and assembly. It is not a beginner project. I’ve made hundreds of yarn toys of many types and this one stands apart from them all. The directions and pictures are very good. One needs to remain patient.

Issue:
Joining Arms to Body:
R 1 of this step requires 61 st.
I had 46 from the tummy gap.
I don’t know why I had this discrepancy because I had correct counts all along. I worked one row, incrementally adding 15 st.

Another Issue:
Neck area opening:
I needed to do several rows of decreases to narrow the neckline opening in order to attach the head.

Held DK / Sport yarns 2 str together in various combinations. This project made good use of several miscellaneous skeins.
