Notes

This is a lovely design.
Many beautiful details.

Used 12.0 mm brown eyes.

Head Support Option:
Design states to support the head with a wood craft stick. Those can break pretty easily. Perhaps glue two together.

One can roll up a tube of craft felt or foam core over a plastic tube instead if the head isn’t too heavy.
One can substitute a rubber door guard from the auto supply store (~ $5, cut to the desired length, wrap one or two segments together with adhesive foam core.
A little stuffing can be coaxed in as the head and torso are connected.

I was able to use a 7/8” diam PVC tube from hardware store, cut to size.

Disaster Alert:
if using an iron on patch and acrylic yarn for the overalls, consider sewing the patch on instead because acrylic and heat do not get along. It takes a hot iron to attach patches.

Hair:
Made each strand with ch 12 for a shorter hair style.
Worked every other BLO round of hair cap first, spaced as written, then the other rows with strands 4 st apart.
