(I think she copied the above sentence from one of her yarn animal patterns.)
Correction:
Start at the top of the legs and finish at the bottom of the shoes.

Another raveler stated that the skirt is too wide and too short. That is true. One can cast on about 8 fewer stitches and add several more rows between r 9 - 21 as desired.

Elected to make a crochet hair cap circle, increasing to 48 stitches, then, 2 r even, BLO all rows. I attached the hair cap and then hooked a single strand in each free loop.
