I like to knit socks that are durable. Tania’s latest pattern is designed for long-lasting use.
I chose the yarns from my stash. One is ‘Alpaca Soft’, which I haven’t used for socks before, but I’m excited to see how it works. The other is Martin’s Lab Tough Sock Yarn, which I still have left over from making several pairs of socks in the past.

Unlike in the pattern, I finished the heel dec when there were 23 stitches left on each needle.
The fit is perfect.
