I had my doubts about how this yarn would work out, since the colours are such high contrast. But the pattern is so simple, I enjoyed just making it. Thankfully, when I laid the shawl out to block, I fell in love with the crazy colours.

The only modification I made was that I worked two additional two-row repeats of the edging pattern. I probably could have gotten one more out of the yarn, but I wanted an odd number of repeats so I left it at five.

A note about the pattern chart: It’s a sweet addition to the written pattern, but the extra markers serve absolutely no purpose, so I don’t recommend creating the extra work for yourself.
