I used more lightweight yarn (420m/100gr)
and my gauge was 34sts x 68rows after blocking.

Due to my gauge I followed the instructions for size M instead of S,
and my mitts are 17cm long and 7,7cm wide,
which fit well for my palm circumference 17cm.
