I started with the 72-stitch for the US 8.5/9 but it looked too small and the colorwork won’t be stretchy so I went up to the next size.

The pink for the lizard is blacklight-reactive.

The foot ended up being way too long and there’s about an inch of empty toe at the end.
Also, I wish I’d started with the closed toe, using a magic circle or some other caston because sewing it up at the end looks terrible.
