The stated pattern gauge is impractical. I’m getting a close stitch gauge, but almost twice as many rows per inch.

NOTE: the heel turn instructions do not center the heel…it’s offset by 2 stitches, which then requires an uneven gusset decrease. You could solve this by working row 2 of the heel as (sl1, k3, ssk, k1) instead of the k5 she has.
Also, don’t learn the ssk from this video— it should be a left leaning decrease.

First sock: knit staring from the ball, no color manipulation.
2nd sock: wound off 10g to use as contrast cuff/heel/toe
Didn’t cut the MC at the heel. Centered the heel turn.
