used a single skein of handspun worsted that I dyed in rainbow colours a couple years ago (experimenting on dyeing self striping yarn).
The yarn is a bit irregular and it has been dyed with food dyes. I love the final result. And it was really quick to make because of the yarn and needles chosen.
I chose to make some toe up socks (my first pair) so I could make the most out of a single skein.
