Started and frogged four times before I could get the hang of it. This was my first shawl, and I was just struggling with knitting by a pattern which is not charted in full.

Before blocking it looked like a small crumpled piece of I know not what, but afterwards it opened up.

I made seven repeats of the leaves pattern, so it’s not really a full-sized shawl, rather a shawlette. There’ll definitely be others.

The most difficult thing was a bind-off row. It was sooooo long!
