This dress has no pattern it was taken from different tutu dresses. Since my grand daughter was older I wanted the tulle to start at the waist line. I used a shell pattern for the crochet part and added snowflakes at each center of the shells. The tulle part is 3 layers the very first layer is white on top of that is a light blue and over the light blue was a deeper blue, these colors were offered at the Beverly’s store taken from the “Frozen” theme, which make it easy to get. Fun to work on.
