Fun fact…. Might not be a wise idea to cast on a new project at knit night. Right there in the instructions….. cast on provisionally. What did I do, just cast on, joined in the round and knit 8 rounds. Doing! This isn’t my first rodeo, ripped out and started correctly.

Provisionally cast on 96 stitches.
Knit through yoke.
Separate body and sleeves. Knit body to just over 6”.
Start short rows.
Six rows of ribbing.
Used Jenny’s Suprisingly Stretchy bind off.

Started sleeves with 3.7 oz of Soft and Cosy and 1.4 oz of Fluff.
Second sleeve started with 2.9 oz and 0.9 oz.

7/22/24
Finished,blocked, tried on and found I didn’t like the fit. Hanging off my shoulders and more boxy than I expected. Unpicked neck to work back to decreases and add more. Hopefully this will help the sweater sit better.
Decreased 6 more stitches.

7/25/24
The fit is much better with the additional decreases. I’m just not sure about the overall fit/shaping. The sweater looks great with my arms at my sides but really rides up when I lift my arms. Might have been better with a longer waist.
