Well, I was able to give the Lille Matelassè afghan to the new mother-to-be last night!

The soon mommy-to-be loved her baby gifts which I crocheted for her! I am so glad she and her mom loved them! It really made my day!

This is a matelasse design by Priscilla Hewitt called, “Lille Matelasse Circular Baby Afghan”, and also made an assortment of baby booties and socks in different sizes and styles.

Good luck, Mary and Geoff! I’m so happy for you both and I’m happy for Debbie too! She is going to be a terrific grandmama!

PS: I am so glad I bought this pattern ebook back in 2012. It is now my “go-to” for blanket patterns!
