I’m such a sucker for a cute, new hat pattern. Especially Caitlin’s colourwork charts which have such a rhythm it’s always a pleasure to knit .

My yarn choice created a light weight hat, perfect for our climate that doesn’t always require a super dense weave .
I held the merino singles double with a thread of mohair. (the mocha & the yellow.)

The ochre/yellow yarn were two different hand dyed leftovers from my stash.
