The stitch patterns were all from Sarah Don’s The Art of Shetland Lace and the basic structure is EZ’s Stonington Shawl, i.e. I did a diagonal center block, then did the sides, and ended with one huge swath of edging all around the outside. I just improvised exactly what went where.
