When starting to make the fold for the brim, I also turned the wrong side out to get a better looking edge on the right side. When turning I used the german short row technique to avoid a hole on the turning point.

It will be many beanies this Christmas.

Victoria’s and Natalia’s hats are otherwise same size exept that Victoria’s beanie is 8 rows shorter and the top is 2 rows shorter. She wants the top to be flat.

Isabel and Kasper has a little smaller heads. I will start with 128 sts for them.

For Kasper I CO 132 sts.

The first white beanie for Victoria weighs 89 g.
The second aqua blue one for Natalia weighs 96 g. It is longer than the first one.
The third one (also white) for Isabel weighs also 89 g. It is narrower but slightly longer than the first one. The fixed line for the brim I knitted this time with two rows.

The fixed line for the brim I knitted in Kasper’s beanie again with three rows. I think it is better.
This time my amount of sts was not multible with 8, only with 4. That was a problem when started decreasing. When deviding the work in four sections, they ended up with uneven number sts.
