Just wove about 4m of black fabric, with imperfections of warping, a gathering of threads here and there…I’ve ended up with approx 4.26m of lovely soft fabric - now to decide what to make with it.

I made a simple batwing top, with a section of the Silk Stainless unintentionally falling at the front. Teamed with a crinkled singlet top and jeans - it looks lovely even if I do say so. AND - two people asked me where I bought it! Bonus.

For those whom might wonder……the viscose sizing is stiff initially when you work with it.

I ended up chucking it in the normal wash (30 degree c) and it has crunched up even more. Love it.
