A gift for my sister, the one who doesn’t knit!
Adapted the Sigur pattern which is designed for boys, by using moss stitch on the bands rather than rib and white moss on the neck for a more feminine look.
This jumper is knitted bottom up so I cast on 144 stitches and when I reached the yoke I reduced to medium size for ladies which has 192 stitches. (This is including both sleeves)
Ash Heather alafoss is my current fave yarn it makes up so beautifully, every now and then you get a little clump of black which I remove, the snowflakes look lovely in white against the golden (Ray of light), background.
