I probably should have knit the medium! They are a little tight in the legs. I’m hoping once I wet block them that they will loosen up a little.

If I had to do this again, I would do 6” from the cast-on edge to the heel flap, as the directions say, rather than 6” from the ribbing, as the schematic on the pattern says. My swirl panel starts almost on the front of my leg rather than on the outside as the pattern pictures show.

12/9: Now that they’re finished blocking, they fit GREAT! Except…they are loose in the arch. I think I need to knit my heel flaps shorter, like 2”, rather than 2.5 or 2.25. Or just knit a different heel. Socks I’ve knit with short-row heels are fitting a lot better!
