My New Years resolution is to use up my large bundles of stashed yarn that I have either bought for a garment or unravelled from old makes.

I really love the look of this sweater. The textured slipped-stitch looks interesting to the eye as well as to knit.

Well I started the pattern and it was just too thick for what I wanted using this yarn so I started again using just st-st. It has turned out just a little too small and quite tight around the armpits. Maybe I think I am smaller than I really am!! Lesson learnt to measure as I go, not just hold it against myself maybe??!!
