I love this top! I left the edges of the top looking rustic and unfinished since I thought the texture of this thick/thin yarn suited it.

I was stash busting, which is why it is 2 toned. As I was knitting the first 1/2 of the top I decided that the WS in the pattern would be the RS for my finished top. The best part is I can wear this top 2 ways, since the the front and back are the same shape.

After wet blocking and drying on a hanger, the top stretched lengthwise enough for me to forgo knitting the bottom border. The cotton yarn makes this very comfy to wear.

Also instead of seaming so much at the end, I knit the straps together as I was working on the 2nd 1/2 of the top.

Instead of BO the first 1/2 of the top, I just con’t on knitting and started on the 1st wedge for the 2nd 1/2.

All bind offs for the straps were done with Jeny’s Surprisingly Stretchy BO.

Did not BO the 2nd 1/2 of the top. Instead I p/u the CO sts from the 1st 1/2, and grafted the 2 sides together.
