I cast on 84 stitches with tubular cast on to US 7 Needles, knit in 1x1 ribbing for 2 inches then switched to US 9 needles and knit in stockinette stitch for a total of 9 inches from the beginning of the work. Then I began the decrease by SKPO every 12 stitches every round until there were 7 stitches left. I cut the yarn and gathered the remaining stitches and wove the end in.
