Size 4.0 mm needle for main work and size 3.5 mm needle for borders.

Decided to make the hem the same length as the neckline, so the first and last buttons are the same distance from the vertical edges.

Sleeves - making tapered long sleeves by k2tog at the end of 4th round and ssk at the beginning of 5th round to desired stitch count. 32 rounds to cuff. Cuff same length as hem and neckline.
