This is an easy hat to crochet and it’s fun for kids! My daughter is a huge Yo Gabba Gabba fan, and the hat is inspired by one of her favorite characters…Brobee. She absolutely loves to wear this hat! I used four separate colors: limelight and purple as the base colors for the hat/beanie itself, orange for the little horns, and white for the eyes. I sewed in the cute little buttons with black sewing thread ($1.99 at Hobby Lobby). I purchased the package of assorted buttons at Hobby Lobby, for roughly $5.00. The potential and modifications that can be made to the hat are open for interpretation, and limitless! Add a mouth, teeth, one eye, two eyes, or three!, hair, ears…or whatever your heart desires!
