This will be frogged. It’s not the pattern’s fault. It’s mine. I gambled on a heavy cotton and I got a heavy skirt that wasn’t to gauge.

Sept 9- I finished and it looked too baggy in the waist and long, so I threw it in the washer and dryer to shrink it up some. It did, but I think I’m going to shrink it a little more because it might still be bunchy when I run the ribbon tie through it.
Aug 9- Tried this many years ago but didn’t pay attention to the sizing and thought my gauge was perfect, the small was too small. I guess I’m a looser knitter now because gauge is off just a bit, but enough to maybe make size small fit better. I think medium will be too big. So, I’m experimenting to see what will work best. This may not be the best move.
