2nd Polina sweater, I am knitting a smaller size from my 1st one, but that one was a mash up of size 3 and 2

Knitting size 2, crew neck

Green + lace
Natural + lace
Brown held double
Spice held double

Crew neck rib - CO - 3.25mm - 130sts - K1 tbl , p1 for 9 rounds
Change to 3.75mm

Knitted a few rounds before the yoke

Changed to 4mm, Increased for size 2, and started the yoke.

Knitted 2 rounds with Spice held double
White flower
Brown varigated yarn held double for the leaves, there are flecks of orange and yellow in this wool, it’s lovely.

Yoke 10.5” (27cm) measured on the diaganol from the CO

Split for the body
K53, 64sts on WY, CO 24sts, K107sts, 64sts on WY,
CO 24sts, K54sts
Body total = 214 + 48 = 262sts

Body knitted with 3.75mm

No short rows

worked 6”, then flower border above the hem, no leaves.

Dot row, K1 MC, K1 Brown
Knit 2 rows MC

Hem - 3.5mm - K1tbl, P1 x 9rows, cast off in rib

The sleeve opening is quite big, so I might just knit a short sleeve top.

Short Sleeves - 3.5mm - pick up 24sts + 64 from WY = 88sts
Marker in the center of the underarm
knit 1 row.

Start dec
K1, Ssk, now from the 64sts from the WY I am going to
dec 2 sts from the cap of the sleeve.
Knit to 2st before marker, K2tog = 84sts
Knit 3 rows

Dot row - K1 MC, K1 Brown
Knit 2 rows MC
Knit twisted rib like the neck 9rows, cast off in rib

26th March - finished and blocking
