I simply changed the colors. On the feet and hands I use a bobble stitch while crocheting instead of sewing on the nails. Did I mention I am good at avoiding sewing. :) The antenae are chains of 50, then slip stitch up one side and down the others. Stiffens them up a bit and worked well. I also used a feather shape for the eyes. Gave her a more girly look.
