I used the face from Ashleys Pattern. But the rest is odds and ends. Small error on the face. Easily fixed though.
Round 6 of the face for the smallest size should be:
6. ch 2, hdc2tog over first two sts, hdc in next 14 sts, hdc2tog over last two sts. (16) turn
