Note November 11th: While this yarn is beautyful and lovely, I have a sneaking suspicion it was not meant for socks. At the second wearing I started to get holes on the sole. And they do fit, are knit to a small tension… The 100% merino might not be good with socks!!!

I need something to knit that requires no thinking whatsoever. So these are plain vanillas, going round and round in knit stitch only except for the heel and the ribbing..

CO 10 + 10 st using Judy Beckers CO, then increased on every round --> 20 + 20 st, then every other round --> 30 + 30 st, then just knit knit knit..

I did a simple short row heel, garter ridges at the top of the cuff, and a small garter stitch heart on the back of the cuff.
