I loved this little poodle at first site…and I didn’t know exactly why but the fluffy head and ears definitely had something to do with it. I knew before long I’d be making one of my own. As I finishing I suddenly remembered that my Aunt had a poodle named Penny and that sealed it … I knew this sweet poodle would be named Penny, too. Many happy memories of summer vacations.

I made a couple small adjustments…I added a poof to the tail .. following same method as written for head and ears. I opted to make the bottom for this little cutie (instead of the inside/out option). I attached the bottom and base using crab stitch.. so cute and Penny is happy tucked in a basket full of yarn.
