I made the large size to fit my big skill / thick hair, but the hat is a smidge too big. If I were to reknit this, and I might, I would knit the medium size and make the following changes:

1. reduce brim to 2”
2. Add a third cable repeat to make the hat longer.

I’ll wear the hat as-is and see how it goes, but even after putting it on once the edge is flaring out which means it won’t sit snuggly on my head, so chances are this will be gifted to a friend with an even bigger head than mine :P
