I take back what I said earlier about wanting these bigger, they fit perfectly as is.

C/o 60 stitches
2x2 ribbing for 4cm
Knit stockinette for 7cm

Thumb gusset: increase 2 stitches every other row for 1.5cm; place stitches on holder.

Next round continue stockinette for 5cm.

Cast off with stretchy bind off.
