Gauge - 5 rows/3.5 stitches per inch
There is errata to this pattern and the only place I could find it is to buy, yes BUY again, the individual pattern from Patternfish. The errata is simple and fairly meaningless without the original pattern - the right front numbers for the cardigan are work 5, work 10(11, 12, 13), work cable, st st for 6(7, 8, 9), work cable, st st 4(6, 8, 10).

Finished with a little over 5oz left. I was worried I wouldn’t have enough. For anyone who might wonder the same thing, I started with a cone and knit the large size, 44”, on size 10.5 Dyakraft Interchangable needles (the BEST needles evah!). My gauge was a bit big but I knew that since I wanted a size between the large and extra large. I added an 1.25 inches to the sleeves for my gorilla arms. It came out exactly as I wanted and fits perfectly for me (long waist on 5’8”, long arms, 43” bust) with plenty of ease for a shirt under the sweater. It’s light and super warm and is not “holey” - certainly less “holey” than the ones pictured in the book.

The model is my daughter Neonknitting who is more narrow than I. The buttons are shell.
