I liked this pattern but made a couple mods: I added to the rows after the thumb opening for a total of 8 rows then did a cable row, 5 plain rows then cable row, then immediate bind off. I liked how it moved the cables to just below and above the knuckles then how the second cable “squeezed in” the cast off edge a bit. I also added that sequence to the thumb so it had a bit more length and the same “squeezed in” quality. Not a big fan of ruffly edges.
